Sand Storage Hopper Structure:

The equipment is mainly composed of cover plate, straight bucket, cone bucket and columns. Optional accessories include material level detection device, temperature detection device and so on.

Sand Hopper Machine  Product Performance and Characteristics:

1. Used to store molding sand, it provides enough sand for transfer and moulding. By connecting shower sand feeder or simple sand feeding device, it controls sand falling and moulding in LFC production.

2. Reasonable structure layout. The coordination of straight bucket and cone bucket can not only guarantee the quantity of sand storage, but also meet the requirements of moulding. It is also equipped with ladder and maintenance platform to facilitate production and maintenance.

3. Environmental protection dust-free, the upper feeding inlet and sand feeding inlet works with dust removal pipeline to ensure workers' operating environment.
